Cricket for Girls and Lydia Greenway have recently featured in The Telegraph newspaper. The article discusses the move many schools are making in girls PE lessons; replacing rounders with cricket. In the article, Head Teacher at Blackheath High School, Carol Chandler-Thompson highlights the differences in pathways for the two sports; “You can’t really represent your country in rounders quite the way you can at cricket. Where does it lead?”.
