Player Hub: 1-2-1 Online Session with Lydia Greenway

A fantastic opportunity to improve your game with Lydia Greenway OBE. The online 1-2-1 video session will provide you with invaluable time to develop your game with Lydia Greenway. The session is extremely flexible and will be tailored specifically for the player based on their needs. All players are welcome to this session regardless of age or standard of cricket being played. 

About Lydia: Lydia Greenway OBE represented England 225 times across all formats of the game during a career spanning over 13 years. She helped England win two World Cups and four Ashes Series as well as being England’s Player of the Year and shortlisted for ICC World Player of the Year. Lydia has been coaching since she was 17 years old – she has worked in the grassroots game continuously, and more recently is now coaching at the elite level having worked with teams such as Sydney Sixers in the WBBL and Mumbai Indians in the WPL. 

Example sessions include but are not limited to: 

• Video Analysis of your main skill plus a secondary skill (ahead of the video session send over your footage) and Lydia will provide you with a report on what and how to develop along with an action plan and explanation of drills.
• Goal Setting: Work with Lydia to develop a long term plan for your cricketing development 
• Developing a resilient mindset: Resilience is arguably the most important tool a cricketer can have to help them succeed. Lydia will work with the player to talk through a variety of methods and tools to help them understand how they can become more resilient. 
• How to gain a tactical edge: Suitable for aspiring captains and also bowlers. Lydia will work with the player to cover all tactical aspects of the game. Lydia will help the player understand what they can do to improve their tactical awareness both on and off the pitch.
